WE MAY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD.
We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.
